About Me

Hello! Welcome to my website! I am so excited you’re here! My name is Carrie Kirby, a real estate agent with Premier Real Estate of the Sandhills and a native of Moore County.

My husband’s family has extensive history in construction, development and real estate so I decided to become a licensed Realtor/Broker in 2006 and join the family business! In 2018, I helped establish our real estate firm, Premier Real Estate of the Sandhills, where I served as Broker-in-Charge.
I am heavily involved in our construction company, Kirby Construction, where we were just awarded, “Top Home Builder in Moore County 2020” by Best of the Pines!
I love being able to work alongside my husband, helping with the design aspects of our spec homes, as well as listing all of our new construction properties. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and industry connections to better serve my buyers and sellers.
I am deeply committed to helping my buyers and sellers navigate the intricacies of each transaction. I serve a large client base that includes first time buyers, military, investors and retirees as both a listing and buyer’s agent. I pay special attention to each client to ensure that you are given the guidance, knowledge and patience that are necessary to ensure a smooth transaction.

I will always advocate for my client and put their needs first. As a broker, being accessible, loyal, trustworthy, responsive and having excellent communication is of the upmost importance. Buyers can feel confident knowing that I exhibit the knowledge of our county, towns and understand our current market.

I am rooted in our Sandhills community and invested to its growth and well-being. I simply love helping people find their home in our wonderful towns. To be able to explain to each client why I love our area, why it’s a great place to live, raise a family and retire, its all very fulfilling.
